Two commercial store spaces are on the lower floor, at street level. One residential apartment is above. The store spaces are 700 sq. ft. and 1500 sq. ft. They are currently rented. The upper floor walkup is 700 sq. ft., with one bedroom and one bath, and is currently rented also.
